Every Blyssm product is covered by a 90-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. If a product fails in normal use within 90 days of delivery, we replace it free or refund you. Refunds are issued only for damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items; see our Refund Policy.
Descriptions and images
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and lifestyle images may show the product in use with props that are not included. The variant you select at checkout, for example 1, 2 or 3 gloves, is exactly what ships.
Pack quantities
The 1-pack, 2-pack and 3-pack contain that number of identical gloves. Each glove is sold in a single colour, as shown on the product page. Please check the pack size before ordering, as we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Intended use
The Blyssm Grooming Glove is a hair-removal and grooming mitt for dogs, cats and rabbits, and for household surfaces such as sofas, car seats, carpets and clothing. It is not a toy. Supervise pets and keep the glove away from children under 3 when not in use.
Safe use with pets
Use light pressure and stroke in the direction of the coat. Stop if your pet shows discomfort. Do not use on broken skin, wounds or hot spots. If your pet has a skin condition, ask your vet first.
Care and washing
Rinse under warm water after use and air dry. Machine wash cold in a laundry bag when needed. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron. Normal fading or pilling of the pad over time is wear, not a defect.
What the guarantee covers
Seams coming apart, the pad detaching, the mesh tearing or the wrist pocket failing in normal use within 90 days. It does not cover damage from chewing, misuse, washing against the care instructions, or ordinary wear.
Making a guarantee claim
Email info@blyssm.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within 2 business days. Most claims are resolved without the item being sent back.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is out of stock after you order, we tell you within 2 business days and offer a refund or a later ship date.
Errors
If we have made a clear mistake in a price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.
